Dear SAU 46 Families,
We are pleased to share that at Wednesday night’s meeting, the SAU 46 School Board voted to approve the nomination of Jennifer Moore as our next Assistant Superintendent, effective July 1, 2026.
Jenn has been a dedicated member of the Merrimack Valley and Andover communities for nearly 25 years, serving in roles that span classroom teaching, special education, middle school instruction, building leadership, and district-level collaboration. Since 2017, she has served as the Principal of Penacook Elementary School.
Her experience also includes serving as an Assistant Principal, Teacher Mentor, middle school classroom teacher, and special educator, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the PreK–12 system. She holds advanced credentials including a CAGS in District Leadership, an M.Ed. in Foundations in Education.
Throughout her career, Jenn has been recognized for her strong relationship-building, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to high-quality, equitable learning experiences for all students. Her colleagues describe her as a steady, thoughtful leader who approaches challenges with clarity, empathy, and a student-centered vision.
We are excited to welcome Jenn to this new role and confident that her deep knowledge of our communities, instructional expertise, and dedication to meaningful partnerships will strengthen our work across the Merrimack Valley and Andover School Districts.
