Mission Statement

Our Mission

The mission of the spirit organization at Legacy High School shall be to promote school spirit and our loyalty for the athletic, fine arts, and academic programs within the community. Participation in a spirit organization provides opportunities for performance experience at local, state, and national levels; successful personal growth; citizenship; leadership and life-long learning.

2021-2022 Team Goals

We believe that through the process of making goals, we will work hard throughout the year to accomplish them. The following are the coaches' goals for the 2021-2022 Legacy High School Poms Team:

• Increase school spirit

• Support all Varsity & Junior Varsity teams

• Build endurance

• Improve dance technique of all members

• 100% effort at all practices and performances

• Increase performance energy and facials

• Fundraise for the LHS poms program including competitions/nationals

• Maintain respect among teammates and coaches

• Attend 2-3 community service events for the year

• Place top 3 at the CHSAA state championship
