Standard Service:

Our standard service-call price is $95 minimum, and our hourly service rates are based on device size plus parts.

We service and repair most backflow prevention assemblies. We stock parts for the most common assemblies. Here is some of the information we may need if you are a first time customer: (Most of it can be found on the test report if you have one)

    • Brand

    • Model

    • Size (3/4", 1", 2", ...)

    • Location (left side of house, inside fenced area, under fake rock...)

    • Failure information

Not all repairs are the same, they depend on the type of failures, but most repairs include at least the following:

• • • A seals and gaskets replacement kit

    • Internal parts cleaning

    • Test cock cleaning

    • Full final test and certification of repaired assembly

    • Filing with the city or local government that the assembly has been repaired and tested: you don't need to do it.
