Honor Statement:

Learning is about the process, not necessarily the outcome. I made my best individual effort and I have not given nor received any unauthorized assistance on this assignment. All of the work presented is my own.

Consequences:

1st Consequence: The student will receive a zero with an opportunity to take an alternate assignment that they must complete within three days, earn up to 60% credit for the alternate assignment and will receive afterschool/before school detention.
2nd Consequence: The student will receive a zero.
3rd Consequence: Student is referred to administration for noncompliance (rule 1)

- - The consequences are cumulative throughout the student's high school career.

ACADEMIC RECOVERY PLAN

EAHS is committed to providing opportunities for academic success for all students. At the end of the first nine weeks of a course, a student who earns a grade lower than 50% can be assigned to an “Academic Recovery Plan” so that the student has an opportunity to re-learn material and demonstrate mastery of the course objectives. At the end of the course, the subject teacher will revise the grade to a 60% for the first nine weeks if the student meets the following criteria:

The student successfully completes an “Academic Recovery Plan” developed by the student and teacher.
The student maintains an average of 65% or higher for the second nine weeks.
