Running Shoe Guide

There are a number of great shoe brands and shoe types out there. For our purposes you will need a basic training/running shoe (not cross-trainers). You do not need trail running shoes, racing flats, or spikes at this time. We can talk about those more specialized running shoes when the time comes. The shoes you pick out should FIT. There should not be too much room in the toe and your heel should not slide. An associate at a running store (listed below) can help you get into the correct shoe.
