Responsibilities:
Organize and guide groups of up to 40 people through various tours in Norway, ensuring safety and satisfaction for all participants.
Share knowledge about Norway's nature, history, culture, and local traditions in a captivating and professional manner.
Monitor group safety during activities, adhere to safety guidelines, and assist travelers with any concerns.
Manage schedules, transportation, and activity arrangements to ensure smooth and enjoyable tours.
Foster a positive atmosphere, address group concerns, and resolve issues as they arise.
Be approachable, friendly, and responsive to guest needs, creating memorable experiences.
Requirements:
Prior experience in guiding, hospitality, or group management is preferred.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus).
Passion for sharing local knowledge and creating enriching experiences.
Comfortable with outdoor activities, walking, and hiking in natural settings.
Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role is a plus.
Friendly, professional, and focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
