Christine Moore PhD, DSc, DABCC, FAACC


Christine Moore is the former Chief Toxicologist in the Rapid Diagnostics Division of Abbott, having retired at the end of March 2021. There, she directed the laboratory used for testing blood and oral fluid specimens from multiple roadside surveys including NHTSA National Roadside Surveys and the Canadian Surveys. Dr. Moore has a BSc degree in Applied Chemistry, a Masters’ degree in Forensic Science, a PhD and a DSc in Forensic Toxicology from the University of Glasgow, Scotland. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Clinical Chemistry, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry, the American Academy of Forensic Sciences, and the American Association of Clinical Chemistry. Christine is Past-President of both the Society of Forensic Toxicologists (2008) and the Society of Hair Testing (2012-2014). She serves on the Editorial Boards of Drug Testing and Analysis and the Journal of Analytical Toxicology and has over 120 peer-reviewed publications regarding the analysis of drugs in different biological matrices.


Cindy Coulter, BS, MS, NRCC


Cindy Coulter is the former Analytical Services Toxicology Laboratory Manager for Immunalysis / Abbott where she supervised a team testing blood, oral fluid, and urine samples for new product development and government funded drug testing projects. Cindy has a BS degree in Biochemical / Biophysical Sciences from the University of Houston and a Masters’ degree in Forensic Science from Oklahoma State University. She carries a certification from the National Registry of Certified Chemists as a Toxicological Chemist and is a member of the Society of Forensic Toxicologists. She has over 30 peer reviewed publications focusing on analytical methodology for the analysis of drugs in biological specimens.
