It all started with a Walkman. When our founder, Mr. Haritrushi Purohit, won it as the third prize in the "Sidhee Cement" slogan contest. Winning third prize may not seem like a big deal, but what it led to was truly significant.
Mr. Haritrushi Purohit, fresh out of college, began his career as a freelance copywriter in Rajkot. His ability to think beyond boundaries helped him secure the Manikchand Group Tea campaign, which was then handled by MA Marketing in Vadodara.
Fueled by his passion for advertising, clients soon entrusted him with every aspect of their brand-building exercises. In 2002, he officially established 7th Sense Concepts. From there, he played a key role in building iconic brands such as Hathi Masala, Balaji Wafers, and many others.
With a young, dynamic team and unwavering attention to detail, 7th Sense Concepts quickly emerged as a leading creative agency for television advertisements. We produced national TV ads for Hathi Masala, Rani Oil, Tulsi Tea, and several other brands. These ads aired on high-TRP national and regional channels, and clients viewed 7th Sense Concepts not just as a vendor, but as a true growth partner.
While 7th Sense Concepts was growing rapidly, our director, Mr. Haritrushi Purohit—ever the creative mind—sought new challenges. He received an offer from JMJ Motion Picture Pvt. Ltd. to direct a Gujarati feature film, and he seized the opportunity. The film, titled Aapne To Dhirubhai (I Want to Be Dhirubhai), starred Vrajesh Hirjee, Jayesh More, and many other talented artists from Mumbai and Gujarat. It ran successfully in theaters across Gujarat for three months and is still regarded on Amazon Prime as a turning point in Gujarati cinema.
Aapne To Dhirubhai made a lasting impact on Gujarati cinema, but 7th Sense Concepts continued its journey. In 2018, we produced the silent short film Let Them Play, which received widespread acclaim, won multiple awards, and was screened at national and international film festivals, cinema halls, and on television.
We didn't just earn recognition for filmmaking—our director, Mr. Haritrushi Purohit, also won Best Screenplay in the feature film category at the prestigious Prisma Rome International Film Festival, followed by recognition at the LA Film Festival in Los Angeles.
In 2020, amid the global pandemic, we faced a tough challenge: an opportunity to shoot an international ad campaign in Dubai. We assembled a diverse crew from the UK, Russia, China, Ireland, India, and beyond—and delivered the project on time.
In 2021, we produced the Gujarati web series Chelli Cha (The Last Tea), which won the Best Web Series award at the World Film Carnival in Singapore 2021.
In 2023, we released Chelli Cha Season 2, which earned awards in Italy and Paris. Both seasons are now streaming on our own YouTube channel as well as on Shemaroo Manoranjan.
In 2025, we began production on the Ek Varta series. The first story is adapted from O. Henry.
