MEET ROMAN ROSALES
HITTING INSTRUCTOR • COLLEGIATE COACH • PLAYER DEVELOPMENT
For Roman Rosales, baseball has been a lifelong pursuit built around competing, developing, and continuing to learn the game.
A Central Valley native, Roman attended Immanuel High School in Reedley, where he established himself as one of the area's accomplished players. During his high school career, Roman was a three-time All-Conference selection, Gold Glove Award recipient, and earned All-State honors.
As a senior, Roman was a standout two-way player, hitting .431 with 44 hits, 36 RBI and a .686 slugging percentage while also going 8-1 on the mound with a 0.84 ERA and 94 strikeouts in 58 innings.
Following high school, Roman continued his career at Reedley College, where he developed into an accomplished collegiate hitter and defender.
Roman earned All-Conference honors in both seasons, receiving Second Team recognition as a freshman before earning First Team All-Conference and a Gold Glove Award as a sophomore. He was also recognized as a Preseason All-American.
During his sophomore season, Roman hit .353 with 65 hits, 19 doubles, 5 home runs, 48 RBI and 47 runs scored, producing a .996 OPS.
His success at Reedley earned Roman the opportunity to sign with Lewis-Clark State College in Lewiston, Idaho, one of the most accomplished programs in NAIA baseball history.
Roman ultimately returned to the Central Valley and completed his collegiate playing career at Fresno Pacific University, competing for the Sunbirds during the 2024 and 2025 seasons.

FROM PLAYER TO COACH
Today, Roman's baseball journey has come full circle.
Roman currently serves as an Assistant Baseball Coach at Reedley College—the same program where he developed into an All-Conference collegiate player.
Now on the coaching side of the game, Roman is able to pass along the knowledge, experiences and lessons he gained throughout his high school and collegiate career to the next generation of players.
At 6 Tool Sports Academy, Roman brings recent collegiate playing experience, current collegiate coaching experience and a player's perspective to hitting instruction and player development.
His goal is to help athletes better understand their swing, develop an approach at the plate, build confidence and learn what it takes to become a more complete hitter and competitor.
