COMPREHENSIVE DISTANT LEARNING

STUDENT EXPECTATIONS

ATTENDANCE:

• Expected daily attendance for each class in the morning from 9:00-12:10 (4 periods).

• Extra time and support classes for each period in the afternoon from 12:40-2:35.

• Attendance will be approached and supported just like if students were in school.

• Teams of staff have been assigned to each grade level to support all students in attending their classes.

STUDENT CONDUCT:

• We will follow all school policies for student conduct while we are in Comprehensive Distant Learning.

GRADES/CREDIT:

• Grades will remain A-F based on student participation and demonstration of the understanding of course content.

INSTRUCTION:

• Instruction is paramount to the success of each student and will be delivered daily during periods 1-4 which is 9:00-12:10. Please make sure that students attend these instructional periods for the best learning opportunities and to succeed. Afternoon classes are for support and additional help and are not intended for direct instruction.

PARTICIPATION/ELIGIBILITY:

• Athletic requirements have not changed due to distant learning. Passing classes is imperative to participating in extracurricular activities.
