The 21st Century Community Learning Center was created with the purpose of "helping children succeed academically through the application of evidence-based practices when school is not in session ."

1. 21st CCLC Programs will provide opportunities for academic enrichment to help students meet State and local student performance standards in core academic subjects including reading/language arts, math and science.
