The deadline to subscribe is March 1st 2025.
The payment process will occur in March.
There are limited seats available. These will be distributed on a first come first serve basis. Minimum requirement is that the phd research is in the domain of educational research

Any expenses that you may incur on your own accord (e.g. room service, mini-bar) are NOT included
REFUND POLICY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Regular registration: After registration and payment cancelling will cost you E275,00 until 1st of May 2025. After that no refunds are possible due to costs made by the organization.
Free registration: After registration cancellation will cost you E275,00 until 1st of May 2025. After that E550,00 will be charged due to costs made by the organization.
Shared room registration: After registration cancellation will cost you E225,00 until 1st of May 2025. After that no refunds are possible due to costs made by the organization.
Registration without hotel: After registration cancellation will cost you E175,00 until 1st of May 2025. After that no refunds are possible due to costs made by the organization. Cancellations can only be done by sending an email to: reservations@tue.nl
