Every 4MTC agent agrees to each of the following points when working with individual Clients.
Supplier terms and conditions will be sent, and a signed acknowledgement will be received from the Client prior to an Agent making any bookings for the Client. This includes initial package reservations as well as an additional purchases being made for items such as tickets, stroller rentals, transportation reservations, excursions, etc.
A credit card authorization form for each card used for payments will be required for payments to be made on behalf of all Clients. Agents will not accept any credit card information in any other form than through the secure authorization form, such as via text message or email.
Agents will process all Client payments directly to the Supplier of the Client’s reservation booking and on time as requested by the Client.
Client will be provided with a vendor’s booking confirmation and receipts for all payments made within 48 hours of booking/payment.
Client will be provided travel documentation for each booked trip as well as additional package item explanations, tips and tricks, and/or an itinerary for the Client’s travel.
Agents will never represent themselves as a travel insurance expert. They will offer general information and a copy of the proposed policy to the Client. If the Client has additional questions, the Agent will refer the Client to the insurance agent for detailed information.
Agents will always, upon written request, release any bookings directly to the Supplier.
All Clients’ personal and financial information will always be protected in every way reasonably possible.
