Description: Join us as we plant previously harvested live branches from native shrubs. Meet at the Arboretum Education Building. Tools, gloves, and a parking pass will be provided to volunteers.

Description: Oregon Ballet Academy is an all-inclusive prestigious youth organization focused on the fine arts of dance, primarily ballet. Founded in 2003, OBA has had many years of performance as a studio, and with the directors having decades more, you can count on a well executed performance as well as even some fun!

Meet at the Education Building
Description: Join Julia Siporin for another monthly bird walk intended for people with all levels of birding experience. We’ll use vocalizations, habitat, and behavior clues for identification of our winter and year-round residents. Come discover the Arboretum’s avian diversity.
***Please bring binoculars and don't forget your parking pass.
Walk fee: $5, FREE for Arboretum members.

Description: Annual Ugly Holiday Sweater Run is a FREE untimed 5K run/walk that benefits Ladybug CDH Foundation, so please bring items for families in the NICU (cotton receiving blankets, small stuffed animals, blank journals). The suggested donation is $10 but is optional.
Options for a 1-mile race, or do the full 5K. It's a fun run, so run, walk, or skip!
***No packet pick up. Print a bib at home or just come a few minutes early on Saturday and grab a Road ID bib!

Description: Curated by Willis Bing Davis, BLACK LIFE as subject MATTER II views all aspects of the Black experience as valid subject matter for creative expression. The visual voices presented in this exhibition are like griots – reflecting on the joy, pain, sorrow, visions, and hopes for today and tomorrow. BLACK LIFE as subject MATTER II features over 25 artists from around the state, including many from Dayton and Springfield.
