Good afternoon, coaches and I are excited for our first week of practice! This week we will be going over our routine of announcements/expectations, attendance, warm up, stretching, drills and workouts. We will introduce our new coaches! This is going to be an exciting season of Mustang Track & Field!

Practice: (Update) there was a change to practice times. Students will have more time to practice, so they can rotate to their other events.

The first day of official practice is March 2nd. 

Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 3:50-5:15pm 

Early release Wednesday 2:45-4:00pm

Track Meets: We will have an official schedule by Wednesday 3/4/26. Duel meet start times will be 3:00pm running events and 4:15pm throwing events.

Oregon MS Meet of Champions: May 15th @ Corvallis High School

Team Dinner: Sign up

We like to have dinner together on Wednesdays prior to our track meets, to relax, eat a nice meal and enjoy our team bonding time. Our wonderful track parents take time to provide a meal for our team. We get to eat awesome food! Pasta! Pizza! Salad! Fruit! Cookies! Yummy! If you would like to volunteer this year please contact me.
