The mountain is the highest part of the island. If you want to feel the breeze and see the sights of the island this is the place to go. At the top you can see for miles in all directions. The hike to the top is only 30 minutes and not too steep. There are water falls and lots of pigs to see on the way up. There is a Jungle Shack at the top of the island so you can get a drink, snacks, and cool off. The addition of a new private road that leads to the top makes it easier for people with and without disabilities to get to the top by tram. At night the path is lit by tiki torches.
