My mission teaching PE this year is to empower my students to learn physical literacy and health literacy so they have the skills to lead a happy, healthy, life, that improves our diverse and global world.

I am working this year to provide the students with a viable PE curriculum with engaging activities!

I hope families realize the benefits of both Physical Education and Physical Activity.
