Her Little Red Wagon
The red wagon She had as a kid
All the memories shoved in between the spokes
Guaranteeing a bumpy ride
Now a big fat FREE sign lay on it gently
No new family would love it as She did
Then came along a little girl
Body full of hope and dreams
Eyes on the Little Red Wagon
The Goodwill of a Shirt
The shirt hung up on the rack It had had many lives
So many redos
It was the PJ shirt for a stressed out college student
The bad smelling hippie danced in it
There was even a time when it was a nice pregnant lady’s comfy shirt
Many people have picked through and around it
But it hadn’t had a home in what felt like an eternity
Then it’s time came
A teenage girl
