I am a 25 year veteran of higher education and social impact fundraising. I am a 25-year veteran of higher education and nonprofit fundraising operations.

My quirks:

"Hi, I'm Dave, a married joint-filer".  No one instroduces themselves that way. So why do we call our social impact organizations "nonprofits"?  That's a tax status.  And it is probably not the best description of what you are and what you do.  "Nonprofit" is a terrible term for what we do.

Constructed languages are the best.  My favorites are Klingon and Sindarin (Elvish from Tolkien).  

Every year I watch the Superbowl.  I watch 32, 33, and 50.  Can you guess why?

I deliberately add a spelling or grammar error(s) in my writings - somehting AI won't do.
