This program defines the conduct that constitutes a Hate Crime as well as how it can be reported. Participants learn about prejudice, discrimination, stereotyping, and the seriousness of Hate Crimes and how they affect victims and communities. Overviews of the criminal justice and judicial processes are provided along with a detailed description of the rights of crime victims, the services to which they are entitled under the law, and how to access these resources.
