Newspaper Club

Description: Nassakeag Newspaper Club is where young reporters, writers, and creative minds come together to share stories, ideas, and news with the whole school! This club is perfect for kids who love to write, take photos, and express their creativity in fun and colorful ways.

Our 4th and 5th grade club members will work together to create the school newspaper — full of exciting stories about school events, sports updates, student interviews, and more! Whether you’re a budding journalist, or a talented illustrator, there's a place for you.

This club is all about teamwork, learning new skills, and having fun while creating something awesome for the whole school to enjoy. 

Meeting Dates:  This club will meet on Wednesdays from 3:00 -4:15 starting on October 15th.  

Club Dates are as follows: 10/15, 10/22, 10/29, 11/5, 11/12, 11/19, 12/3, 12/10, 12/17, 1/7, 1/14, 1/21, 1/28, 2/4, 2/11, 2/25, 3/4, 3/11, 3/18, 3/25.

Guidelines: This club will be accepting students in 4th and 5th grades. Please bring your Chromebooks! There is a maximum of 20 students in this club.

** Your child will be notified by Friday, Oct 10th, if they are in the club!**
