The dates of the program are July 8-19 (Monday through Friday). The program will be housed at PJ Gelinas JHS, 25 Mud Road, Setauket, NY 11733
Registration is online only on the Infinite Campus Parent Portal:

After logging into the Parent Portal, click on School Store on the left-hand menu, then select Shop on the School Store.
Select Products under one of the categories. Select View for the activity you want to purchase. Please note: you must select the grade level that your child will be entering next school year (2024-2025).
Next, select the child who will be attending the activity from the Recipient drop-down menu. If the grade level doesn’t match, you will get an error message that states, “Limit has been reached for this recipient.”
After you have added all of your activities to the cart, select My Cart to check out. If there is no payment method available, click Add Payment Method. Otherwise, select the payment method on file. Enter your payment method information and click Save. Then, click Submit Payment.
No. You will receive a refund if a class is canceled due to low enrollment.
Yes, if you pay the full class tuition and non-refundable registration fee. We do not pro-rate.
Please contact us if you have a situation where you need to drop off your child or pick them up earlier. We prefer you don't pick up your child late from the program.
Each class runs for 55 minutes.
9:00, 10:00 and 11:00 a.m.
The Summer Enrichment Program is for children who will be entering grades K-7 in the fall. If your child isn't in these grades levels, the Summer Enrichment Program won't show on your Parent Portal.

Yes. There is a $30 non-refundable registration fee per student. Class tuition is $135 per class.
The Summer Enrichment Program is not open to non-residents.
Yes. Children are escorted from class to class by a staff member.
No. In some instances, the instructor may decide to provide a snack but due to the possibility of students having food allergies, we cannot have parents provide snacks. The instructor will make sure the food items do not contain nuts or have been processed in a nut processing facility. You may send your child in with a water bottle.
Each class is capped at 15 students.
No. Students should be enrolled in grade level appropriate classes and for the grade they are entering in the fall. For example, if your child is entering second grade in the fall, then the class you select should be for second grade.
No, we do not offer discounts.
Yes. Please notify us ahead of time if someone else will be picking up your child so we are aware and can notify the appropriate staff. We ask you send an email to enrichment@3villagecsd.org or call us at 631-730-4595. It would be helpful to send a note with your child stating who will be picking up your child and when.
No. The class payment receipt is your confirmation.
If there is a materials fee noted for a class, the materials fee is due the first day of class. Please see an Enrichment Program staff member upon arrival.
