What are the dates and location of the program?

The dates of the program are July 8-19 (Monday through Friday).  The program will be housed at PJ Gelinas JHS, 25 Mud Road, Setauket, NY  11733

How do I register my child?  

Registration is online only on the Infinite Campus Parent Portal:

Is class tuition refundable if I change my mind?

No.  You will receive a refund if a class is canceled due to low enrollment.


Is it possible for me to only send my child for part of the program?

Yes, if you pay the full class tuition and non-refundable registration fee.  We do not pro-rate.


Is it possible to drop off and pick up my child earlier or later?

Please contact us if you have a situation where you need to drop off your child or pick them up earlier.  We prefer you don't pick up your child late from the program.


What is the length of time classes run?

Each class runs for 55 minutes.


What are the class times?

9:00, 10:00 and 11:00 a.m.


Why can't I locate the Enrichment Program on the Parent Portal?

The Summer Enrichment Program is for children who will be entering grades K-7 in the fall.  If your child isn't in these grades levels, the Summer Enrichment Program won't show on your Parent Portal.


Can I register my child over the phone?

No.  Registration is online only on the Infinite Campus Parent Portal:https://icampus.3villagecsd.k12.ny.us/campus/portal/threevillage.jsp


Is there a registration fee and what does each class cost?

Yes.  There is a $30 non-refundable registration fee per student.  Class tuition is $135 per class.


Is the Summer Enrichment Program open to non-residents?

The Summer Enrichment Program is not open to non-residents.


Will my child be escorted from class to class?

Yes.  Children are escorted from class to class by a staff member.


Can my child bring snacks to class?

No.  In some instances, the instructor may decide to provide a snack but due to the possibility of students having food allergies, we cannot have parents provide snacks.  The instructor will make sure the food items do not contain nuts or have been processed in a nut processing facility.  You may send your child in with a water bottle.


What is the maximum number of students in a class?

Each class is capped at 15 students.


Can I enroll my child in a class that is not their grade level?

No.  Students should be enrolled in grade level appropriate classes and for the grade they are entering in the fall.  For example, if your child is entering second grade in the fall, then the class you select should be for second grade.


Is there a sibling discount?

No, we do not offer discounts.


Can someone else pick up my child from the program?

Yes.  Please notify us ahead of time if someone else will be picking up your child so we are aware and can notify the appropriate staff.  We ask you send an email to enrichment@3villagecsd.org or call us at 631-730-4595.  It would be helpful to send a note with your child stating who will be picking up your child and when.


Will I receive confirmation that my child is enrolled in the class I registered for?

No.  The class payment receipt is your confirmation.


When do I pay the class materials fee?

If there is a materials fee noted for a class, the materials fee is due the first day of class.  Please see an Enrichment Program staff member upon arrival.
