Three Rivers School District is committed to making our websites usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, on 3rsd.org, our school websites, and the online services we provide through vendors.
Need help or found a problem? If any part of our website, a document, a video, or an online form is hard for you to use, please tell us. We will provide the information in another format or help you complete the task another way.

It helps us if you include the web address or document name, what you were trying to do, and the best way to reach you. We will respond within 2 business days. If we cannot fix the problem right away, we will get you the information you need in an accessible format, usually within 5 business days.
What we are doing. We review our sites with automated and manual testing, add text descriptions to images, caption our videos, and are updating our documents and forms. We train staff who post content, and we ask the companies that provide our online services to meet the same standard.
Known issues. Some older documents may not be fully accessible yet. Documents in our Archive are kept for reference and are not updated, but we will provide any of them in an accessible format on request. Our websites are built on Google Sites, and a few issues come from that platform; we have reported them to Google.
Links to other websites. Some links go to sites we do not run, such as Facebook or Instagram. For services we provide through a vendor, like menus, ParentSquare, ParentVUE, job applications, and board agendas, contact us if you have trouble and we will help.
Complaints. You may also file a complaint through our Complaint Process, with the Oregon Department of Education, or with the U.S. Department of Education Office for Civil Rights.
