  • Digital Home Design (DHD)

WEEK FIVE  Interior Meeting 1

• 2 hours at the Design Studio

  • Trim/Interior Door Selections, Countertops, Flooring/Wall Tiles 

WEEK SIX  Interior Meeting 2

• 2 hours at the Design Studio

  • Fireplace, Plumbing, Shower Door/Bath Accessories

WEEK SEVEN  Interior Meeting 3 

• 2 hours at the Design Studio

  • Interior Paint, Misc. Needs

WEEK EIGHT Final selection sign off 

• 1 Hour (Can be Virtual)

  • Review and finalize your selections

After the final Design Studio Selection change order is approved, 3 Pillar will consolidate the net dollar amount of all approved costs. This will factor in the loan amount you have finalized with your lender. This amount may differ from the original contract price.

o If an overage exists, an invoice will be created in BuilderTrend. If a credit exists, no immediate action is needed. This will be deducted against future change orders.

o The Selections Invoice must be paid before the Builder Buyer Conference to begin construction.
