RETURN & REFUND POLICY

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The item is unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following goods cannot be returned:

• Visual Inspection Limits: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our inspections are primarily visual. We cannot guarantee the detection of all internal defects, root issues, or hidden decay that are not visible from the exterior.

• Force Majeure & Weather: Hong Kong is subject to extreme weather events (Typhoons, Black Rainstorms). 360AS Limited cannot guarantee that a tree—regardless of its assessment rating—will not fail during extreme weather conditions that exceed the normal mechanical loading limits of the tree.

• Validity Period: Any verbal or written advice is valid only for the time of inspection. We are not liable for changes in tree condition occurring after our assessment date.
