I have been a teacher, an instructional specialist, assistant principal, principal, and principal supervisor in Texas schools for over 19 years.  More than that, I have had the opportunity to work with countless leaders to impact students of several generations. 

I have been a teacher, campus instructional coach and curriculum coordinator for secondary math and science in Texas for over 18 years. I have  worked with districts that vary in size and demographics. I am passionate about the effect that quality curriculum and instruction can have on student outcomes.
