Downloading Soapbox Video Files

In order to download Soapbox videos that you have recorded, you will need to have certain special features enabled on your Soapbox account. Please do not pay to upgrade your account -- 2U will upgrade your account on your behalf. If your account has not yet been upgraded and you would like to download your Soapbox recordings, please reach out to us through the chat function in the Online Campus and ask to speak with the Studio in a Box team, or contact your assigned Course Advisor.
