Downloading Panopto Videos

Panopto allows users to download videos uploaded to the platform at any time. There are also view options to choose from to achieve the desired output.

Please watch the following tutorial on how to download your Panopto videos.

Step 1: Log in to your Panopto account

Log in to Panopto access your account. Navigate to the video you'd like to download.

Step 2: Access the video settings

Hover over the desired video with your cursor. Click the Settings button. On the left, click Outputs.

Step 3: Adjust output settings

Under Video Podcast is an option for type. Cycle through the different output views and select the desired outcome. 2U encourages users to select side-by-side, as this does not distort or block content. Once chosen, click apply to set the change.

Step 4: Download file

The Video Podcast will then process before download access is available. Once finished, Click Download Podcast.
