2 Ruby Sisters was born from love, loss, and the unbreakable bond of family.

Founded by sisters Kelly Kenyon and Dawn Cappetto, our journey began during a season of deep change. After the passing of our beloved father—whose name and legacy we honor through “Ruby,” inspired by our maiden name, Rubulotta—our family was forever shaped by both grief and grace. As sisters, we leaned on one another while caring for our mother and were reminded daily of the importance of faith, family, and cherishing every moment we are given.

In the midst of this season, creativity became a source of healing and purpose. While preparing for her daughter’s wedding, Kelly was inspired to embrace a DIY approach, crafting meaningful details that reflected love and intention. What began as a personal passion soon revealed a calling: to help others celebrate their most special moments through personalized, handcrafted keepsakes.

Today, 2 Ruby Sisters specializes in custom and ready-made gifts designed to make weddings and life events truly pop—from engraved wood save-the-dates and jewelry to glass etching, photo engravings, tumblers, and personalized items crafted from wood, leather, acrylic, glass, and steel. Kelly brings each design to life as our lead craftsman and creative designer, while Dawn ensures every order is handled with care through thoughtful business and production management.
