Every week, they gather in groups called Beaver Colonies to hop, skip and jump their way through lots of different games and activities – achieving anything they set their minds to, and having lots of fun along the way.  Beaver Scouts:

• Master new skills and try new things

• Have fun and go on adventures

• Make friends

• Are curious about the world around them

• Help others and make a difference, on their own doorsteps and beyond

They also earn badges in a variety of areas, some with a focus on formal badge requirements such as basic first aid skills and the green cross code, and lots with interest based requirements such as space, hobbies and builder.  You can find out more about Beaver activity badges here: https://www.scouts.org.uk/beavers/activity-badges/

Beavers also get to do all sorts of exciting outdoor activities such as camping, climbing, archery and orienteering.
