CEU Application

For those seeking CEUs, please fill out the forms.  

There will be two ways to earn CEU's:

1) Attend the online session  - will earn .35 for each workshop

2) Complete the online session, AND submit a lesson guide on the presentation, due by August 30, 2022 - will earn 1.0 credit for each workshop.

 Use Quick Admit  to create your SF State U-ID.  

A Certificate of Completion will be forward to you evidencing your completion of (1) or (2).

You will be notified when you can officially apply to SFSU for credit (may take a few weeks after the workshop).
