David MacAdam 1913 Storm CD "A Dedication To The Lost Souls And Ships."

David makes his living as a Tugboat Captain on The Great Lakes and currently resides in London, Ontario. His home town is Goderich, Ontario where he was raised and grew up on his fathers tugboat fleet assisting ships in and out of Goderich Harbour. He also headed out on many an adventure on the Eastern Seaboard and Atlantic Ocean. This background has had and enormous impact on his music. His passion for music has also allowed a secondary career as a singer, songwriter and entertainer.

Paul Carroll

The Late Paul Carroll . A father, educator, artist, author and marine historian. Has written several books preserving marine history. One of his best sellers is offered here.

In his final years Paul was an integral steering member of "A Remembrance: The Great Lakes Storm Of 1913" committee.

This committee attracted other museums, historians, craftsmen, artists, playwrights and countless dedicated individuals from Canada and US. All came together and offered their facilities and presentations honouring those lost in The Great 1913 Storm.

He encouraged others to produce works of art, books and music.

Kathleen Plestch, the Great Grandaughter of Captain Jimmy Owen of the "Henry B Smith" authored a book that presents offerings from many of the descendants of those mariners lost in The Great Storm.

The Henry B Smith was lost on Lake Superior with all hands Nov 9th 1913.

Kathleen was also an integral committee member of "A Remembrance : The Great Lakes Storm of 1913."
