Questions? Please read through our Q&A first!
When is the RSVP deadline?
RSVPs are now OPEN! Please RSVP by August 1st, so we can provide our catering team and venue with an accurate headcount!
Can I bring a date?
As much as we would like to welcome everyone we know to our wedding, our venue is limited in size - please check your invitation for clarity on how many seats we have reserved in your honor.
Are kids allowed?
We love your kids as much as you do, but our venue is limited in size - please check your invitation for clarity on how many seats we have reserved for your family.
When should I arrive?
Our ceremony will promptly begin at 6:45PM. Please allow at least 30 minutes to park and walk towards the ceremony. We highly recommend wearing shoes that will be comfortable enough for you to walk through the venue and enjoy the festivities!
What happens if I arrive late?
To have a seamless ceremony, any guest arriving after 6:40PM will be held in the cocktail reception area until after the ceremony has completed. If you plan to attend the ceremony, please leave yourself ample time to walk from the parking lot through the aquarium, and plan to be settled in your seats by 6:45PM. We appreciate your cooperation!
What will the weather be like?
New York City in September can be a little bit unpredictable - average temperatures typically fall in the 60s-70s, so please pray for sunshine and a beautiful day!
Where should I park?
If you elect to drive in, don't fret! There will be a lot available with plenty of free, on-site parking.
Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the venue is fully ADA accessible, with an elevator for our guests who need one.
What should I wear?
Dress code is cocktail attire! Suits and gowns are welcome, but ties are not required and we love a cocktail dress or jumpsuit!
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Weather permitting, our wedding ceremony will be outdoors, but our reception will be indoors. In the case of inclement weather, we will move the ceremony into the indoor space.
What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?
Comfort and safety are top of mind! Please wear shoes that you are comfortable walking, standing, and dancing in, but we ask that you leave boots or flip-flops at home!
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
We have hired professional photographers to capture all the memories of our ceremony and reception. We will certainly share our photos when we receive them, but we ask all guests kindly respect a phone-free ceremony! During the reception, photos are welcome, but please refrain from using flash at the request of our venue.
