Zipho is a visionary business leader, bringing strategy, finance, and innovation experience as well as a network of trusted relationships across emerging markets.
He develops strategic projects, structures multi-stakeholder transactions and leads complex negotiations with sovereign governments, multi-national corporations, and global investors.
Zipho has a proven track record in entrepreneurship, having successfully founded, managed and scaled a number of ventures in the mining, retail, media, and agriculture sectors in Africa and Europe.
Zipho holds a Bachelor in Finance from BI Norwegian Business School, Norway, a Diploma in Project Management from Milpark Business School, South Africa, and studied Mathematics at the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa.

Sebastian is a trusted advisor bringing strategy, finance, and program experience in energy, infrastructure, mining, oil and gas, technology, telecoms, and transport projects.
Previously he co-founded an environmental alliance that is the world's largest implementer of massive-scale, multi-country carbon credit programs. As program director for economic development with the UN, he facilitated public private partnerships worldwide.
Prior to that, as vice president with a corporate advisory firm, Sebastian focused on strategic transactions in emerging markets. He started his career in the resources industry.
Sebastian holds a Master of International Business from Georgia State University, USA, an MBA from Heriot-Watt University, UK, and a Bachelor of Commerce Honors in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa.
