I live in Fairfield, OH and I have successfully completed over 300 loan signings. I work the Cincinnati market and surrounding areas.

My promise as a Signing Agent is to:

arrive to the appointment on time and will contact the signer if running late

will not print docs double-sided

will provide the signer(s) with a copy of the docs

will scan back as requested

will drop docs off on time for next day delivery for all closings finished by 4pm

will not rush or pressure the signers to sign

will not provide legal advice

will notarize correctly at the signing

will notarize only after witnessing the signer sign the documents
