According to Broad Media's 2022 Marketing Budget and ROI Report, this is the case.

A survey taken in May 2022 served as the foundation for the report.

The study had 1,056 participants, the majority of whom are employed by their company's marketing division or are actively engaged in its marketing initiatives.

Spending and Return on Investment

According to the study, local businesses preferred digital marketing far and away.

When asked which marketing channels their companies spend the most money on, digital came out on top by a wide margin.

Outdoor took third place, with print coming in second.

84% are digital.

Print: 35%

Outside: 26%

Radio: 15%

Television: 13%

Film - 1%

The top marketing channels for generating the best return on investment (ROI) for the respondents' marketing expenditures were then elicited.

By a wide margin, digital won top position once more.

TV came in third, followed by print in second.

Cinema is 1%; radio is 14%.
