Granny Unblocked, an online online first-person escape room game, is free to play online. You will find bloody messages all over the hospital. There is no one to help you. Only one person is permitted inside: A cold-blooded, granny killer. Your goal in each level is to escape the creepy place without making any noises or being noticed by your killer. Do you think you can conquer your fear and fool your enemy to escape alive?

This game is not recommended for people who have difficulty seeing blood. To begin your escape, you can choose from four levels. You must calmly and quickly orient yourself to avoid the granny getting bloody or hearing you. You'll need to navigate through the many rooms filled with blood and medical equipment. Your killer could be right behind, so keep an eye on where you are going. Good luck Granny Horror! Have fun!
