Parent Volunteer Group!!!

• Monthly virtual meetings

• Volunteer basis (no pressure)

• Parent roles:

  • Help with writing a press release

  • Volunteer to bring food for kids during tech week or shows

  • Volunteer to oversee money during a show

  • Assist with the planning of the end of year banquet

  • Find a prop for a show

  • Volunteer to bring refreshments for a show (you will be paid back)

  • Head up a raffle at a show

  • Find a guest speaker for MAD Up – or be a guest speaker yourself

  • Help with Construction of a Set

  • Help with costuming/sewing

  • Transportation to events or festivals

  • Volunteer to be a backstage adult

  • Coordinate a fundraiser

  • Lead a team in creating an end of year awards banquet

  • Have a voice in the Theatre Department!!!
