The 2022–2023 Program is currently on hold. We look forward to sharing details about the program in the coming months. For more information, please contact Krista Hinton.

Building from a pilot program that began in January 2021, Sacred Heart LIVE (Language and International Virtual Exchange) aims to build community across the international network of Sacred Heart schools through monthly virtual meetups. Guided by faculty members from around the world, participating students will engage in dialogue with a global network of peers on topics ranging from cultural comparisons, cooking demonstrations and school tours to mental health, sustainability and social justice issues in each of our communities.

Additionally, this program will serve as a virtual space for conversational practice in the various languages students study, providing the invaluable opportunity to build relationships with native speaking peers. These language practice sessions will meet separately from our monthly meetups, which will take place in English.

This program is designed for Sacred Heart high school students with at least an intermediate proficiency in English (B1). Meetings will occur monthly from September to March.
