Weight Room Training

All Athletes should be signed up for POWERLIFTING CLASS -- This is a specific weight lifting class designed specifically for athletes.

All lifts and exercises are assigned through TEAMBUILDR.

You will need to do the following:

    • Install the Teambuildr App
    • Get a calendar code from Coach Thomas
    • Set up the app with the code and password provided
    • Mark assigned lifts and exercises as COMPLETE when they are completed.

Coach Thomas currently teaches Weight Training 1st and 8th periods at Warrenton High School. The weight room is also open after school daily.

Athletes currently in body conditioning may complete assigned Track & Field lifts in class instead of after practice.
