Crew
Crew Announcements
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated students to be on this year's crew for our production. We know that this is an important and valuable part of every show and we want to have as many students as involved as we can, however the number of crew we can take is limited.
Types of crew for this year:
Stage Crew - help set the stage before/during/after the show/rehearsal. Help actors on and off the stage.
Prop Crew - in charge of all props before/during/after the show/rehearsal
Costume Crew - help decide what characters are going to wear, as well as coordinate with actors about costume pieces. Get the actors their costumes at the beginning of the rehearsal/show and collect them at the end the rehearsal/show.
Tech Crew -work with Ms. Smith in the booth with Lighting and Sound
Publicity Crew - we need students to help with getting the word out about the show! You'll create posters and help makes posts on social media.
House Crew - help at the show! You'll seat audience members, hands out programs, helps with concessions, etc.
If you are interested in crew, scroll down to the bottom of this page to fill out the form! The sign-up form will close on Thursday, November 9th.
Do I need to audition?
No! You're going out for crew for a reason. We do not make crew candidates audition. You will only audition if you sign up because you want to also be in the cast.
How do I know if I'm on crew?
You will get an email from Mrs. Calandrelli letting you know if you are or are not selected for crew this year. You'll be told in that email which crew you've been selected for and what you'll need to do to prepare!
Do I go to rehearsals?
Stage crew will need to start attending rehearsals much sooner than other crews. Not every crew will need to go to rehearsals.
If you have any other questions, please email Mrs. Calandrelli!
