Preparing for a Job
If you are under the age of 18 and would like to apply for a job you will need a work permit. They can be found online at the link. You will need to provide an email address and the last four digits of your social security number. Additional documents needed: Hawaii driver's license, California driver's license, State of Hawaii ID, birth certificate, immigration record (aliencard, visa), passport, or military ID. Please note: there is a form for 16-17 yr olds and a different one for 14-15 yr olds.
