GMEA Statewide Elementary Honor Chorus
(4th & 5th Grade Students)
There are two honor chorus ensembles. Our students are in the Allegro Chorus
Event Date:
Friday, February 9, 2024 (11 AM-8:30 PM)
Saturday, February 10, 2024 (8 AM-12 PM)
*Concert begins at 11:30 AM
Location:
Clayton County Performing Arts Center
(About 35-45 minutes from Jackson)
Registration Cost:
$50 per student (Covered by school)
Concert Attire:
Attire will consist of solid black pants, black socks and black shoes; or solid black skirts with dark hose and black shoes with a solid white blouse or shirt (short or long sleeves). T-shirts will be available on site for sale, but will not be worn for the concert.
Students must attend both days of the event.
PLEASE NOTE:
Parents are responsible for transportation each day. Parents do not have to stay to watch rehearsal. Students will be supervised by certified teachers (including Mr. White) during rehearsals. Once the performers are selected, I will put the parents on one email so parents can organize a carpool if they prefer.
