You can make a stress ball at home by filling a balloon with a little bit of uncooked rice, flour, or Play-Doh.

Talk to a Friend

Even if you are not in school, you can still call a friend on the phone or talk to someone that you live with.

Take a 5 Minute Rest

Listen to Music

If you can't listen to any music right now, see if you can remember all the words to your favorite song instead.

Write it Down or Draw it Out

Getting something out of your head and on paper helps you to organize your thoughts.

Take a Walk

Give yourself a little pep talk and encouragement! Try telling yourself "I can do this. I can get through hard things."

Count Backwards

If you can count in more than one language, challenge yourself to switch languages with every number you count.
