Wise, highly talented, and with a striking appearance, he is gentle and easy-going, if not slightly aloof. His subordinates admire him very much. He is an imposing commander. But despite all of this going for him, he also has his dark side. When his mind is warped by Alhazard, he becomes addicted to killing, arrogant, and irritable.

He joins Dieharte upon being freed from Alhazard to fight the forces of darkness.

Through the efforts of Dieharte and others, Aletumuller rid himself of Alhazard's control and finished the final battle by working together with everyone. After the war, Altemuller laid down his power and traveled all over the land to find ways to save his lover's life. Years later, the Empire's wise general Emerick, witnessed his and Varna's legendary return. However, that's another story...
