Welcome to Friday!

This is our last day of Wellness Week! Our lives are constantly surrounded by a flood of information. Lately our timelines have been updating with news from the most recent crisis. That's why it's so important that we do our best to look on the bright side of things.

It's up to each of us to take in good news along with the bad, to focus just as much on the positive stuff as we do on the negative. With all that's going on in the world, let's explore what it means to cultivate positive vibes.

Be sure to join us this Saturday, April 11, for Self-Care Saturday.

Good Vibes for NPT HS

Paul Vibes is a Long Island native and the founder of the Long Island Buddy Club, "Paul Vibes" Motivational Speaking and "The People's Podcast." Featured in numerous publications for his work, Paul has held talks at a variety of venues including colleges, high schools, libraries and substance-abuse facilities. During his talks, Paul shares his story of overcoming a learning disability and creating the Buddy Club, while offering audiences the tools and mindsets to help them overcome what life may throw at them. Paul is not only educating those he comes into contact with, but also giving people the guidance they need to become more than their challenges.
