  • It is important that author instructions are read and followed. If the manuscript is submitted with any element that does not conform to the instructions, it will be returned.
  • There are no page charges.
  • Prepare the manuscript as a Research Article: Word count limited to 3,000 words, excluding tables, figures, legends, abstract, disclosure or references.
• Manuscripts should be submitted in the same manner as regular submission to the journal at: http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/jcb
  • All authors listed on the manuscript must be listed in the Manuscript Information tab. This requires accounts being made for each co-author. It is important that the information typed into the account is accurate. The workflow is automated and relies on the information in the user account to send email, notices, forms, etc.
  • While uploading:
    • In Step 1: Type, Title, & Abstract - choose Type as 'Original paper'
    • In Step 6: Details & Comments - state in the Cover Letter that the manuscript is part of the Joint ICML/IJCAI Workshop in Computational Biology (WCB) 2018 proceedings.
