WIA: Cattle WISE & Equipment WISE

Join us as we gather to learn the hands-on skills needed for cattle operations! This year we are again offering a two-day program.  On Friday, December 15th, we will be holding Equipment WISE where women can learn how to back up trailers, basic tractor driving, safety and maintenance, loading-skid steer, front-end loader, forks and securing a load demos, fencing, chainsaw safety, ATV sprayer use and calibration, and more. The second day will be Saturday, December 16th, with Cattle WISE and special guest, Temple Grandin! The day will focus on giving women the opportunity to gain cattle handling, chute side skills, cattle reproduction with a focus on dystocia, and a beef cooking demo.  This year the events will be taking place at Grave Mountain Lodge.  Space is limited due to the hands-on nature of the event.

$40 for one-day registration

$80 for two-day registration

$100 for two-day registration & Dr. Temple Grandin

$50 for only Dr. Temple Grandin & Dinner

Registration goes live on Monday, October 9, at 12:00 pm (Noon)
