Buddha Hall

The "Buddha Hall" or "Main Shrine" is the most important place in the Buddhist temple and was specially erected for the leader of the religion, Sakyamuni Buddha. The leader has the characteristics of a great hero - supreme wisdom, virtue, compassion and the power to defeat evil, and relieve all living beings from the suffering of ignorance and troubles. In the main hall, the Seven Tathagatas, Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva, and Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva are enshrined. All Dharma meetings, chanting, and Buddhist lectures are held in the main hall.

The Seven Tathagatas

The main hall is dedicated to the Seven Tathagatas, namely: Amitabha Buddha, Amrta raja, Abhayamkara Tathagata, Vipulakaya Tathagata, Surupa Tathagata, Ratnasambhava Buddha, and Prabhutaratna Tathagata. The names revealed in the Yoga Collection are slightly different, including Amitabha, Freedom from Fear, Expansive Body, Wonderful Color Body, Precious Treasure, Many Treasures, and the Great Mighty Virtue of the World, the Self-Lighting Tathagata. By praising the auspicious name of the Tathagata, one can be freed from the suffering of the three troubles and eight difficulties forever, and one can always be the true and pure son of the Tathagata. From left to right they are:

1. Amitabha Buddha

If you hear the name of Amitabha Buddha, you will be reborn in the Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss in the West, reborn as a lotus flower, and enter the land of no retreat.

2. Amrta raja

If you hear the name of Amrta raja, it will fill your body and mind with the Dharma and make you happy.

3. Abhayamkara Tathagata

If you hear the name of the Abhayamkara Tathagata, you will always find peace and happiness, be free from fear forever, and be pure and happy.

4. Vipulakaya Tathagata

If one hears the name of Vipulakaya Tathagata, the karmic fire of hungry ghosts will stop burning, and the food and drink he receives will taste like nectar.

5. Surupa Tathagata

If you hear the name of Surupa Tathagata, it can prevent you from being ugly, have all your faculties well-equipped, have perfect acquaintances, and be extremely dignified.

In heaven and on earth, this is the most important thing.

6. Ratnasambhava Buddha

If you hear the name of the Ratnasambhava Buddha, all the fires of your earthly labors will be extinguished.

7. Prabhutaratna Tathagata

If you hear the name of the Prabhutaratna Tathagata, you will be able to possess enough treasures to meet your needs and benefit from them endlessly.

Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva

Avalokitesvara is a Bodhisattva whose original wish is to help all sentient beings with compassion. Also known as Guangshiyin Bodhisattva, Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva, Present Sound Bodhisattva, and Peeping Sound Bodhisattva. Abbreviated as Guanyin Bodhisattva. Also known as the Savior Bodhisattva, Lotus Hand Bodhisattva, and Yuantong Master. This is a Bodhisattva whose original wish is to be compassionate and help all living beings. Together with Mahasthamaprapta Bodhisattva, he is the attendant of Amitabha Buddha in the Western Paradise World, and is known as the Three Saints of the West. Whenever a sentient being in distress recites his name, the Bodhisattva immediately observes his voice and goes to save him, so he is called Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva. And because the Bodhisattva can observe freedom in a state where there is no hindrance to his affairs, he is called Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva.

Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva

Ksitigarbha is a Bodhisattva who vows to save all sentient beings in the six realms before becoming a Buddha. The most widely circulated image of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva is the inner secret Bodhisattva. He appears in the shape of a Samana on the outside, holding a jewel in his left hand and a tin staff in his right hand, sitting or standing on a lotus. As its name suggests, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva goes deep into the six realms and aims to liberate all living beings in the world. Based on his profound vow of "Unless hell is empty, I will never become a Buddha, and all sentient beings will be saved, I will realize Bodhi." For thousands of years, he has pointed out the way to become a Buddha for the world, lit a long-lasting lamp for Buddhism, and has been widely praised by the people. With respect and belief, he was honored as the "King of Great Wish".
