About Dramatis Personae:

Dramatis Personae is the University of Hartford's drama club (sponsored by the Student Government Association). Dramatis Personae allows students theatre opportunities outside of the Hartt School and provides a space for students to make new friends and enjoy themselves at our fun events!

Want to Join Us?

Dramatis Personae's meetings are every Monday at 1:00pm in Auerbach Auditorium (H125)! 

If you cannot attend our regular meetings but still want to be a part of our fun events, please email us at drama@hartford.edu and we will add you to the meeting minute list!

"Do I Have to Act?"

Absolutely not! Dramatis Personae is proud to be a completely student-run and student-produced club. Students can: 

Direct

Stage Manage/Assistant Stage Manage

Assist with hair, makeup, and costuming

Do publicity

Create/find props

Be a part of the technical crew by doing lighting, set, and sound design
